Presentation

I am a CNRS researcher, member of the applied math and computer science department of Grenoble University (LJK, Lab. Jean Kunztmann), head of the team DAO. My subjects of research are related to mathematical optimization, and I try to keep a balance between theory and practice, believing that both are richer from their interactions. I am involved in some applications of optimization to real-life problems (e.g. electricity production) and to other scientific domains (e.g. machine learning).

Workshop GOD

The topic of the 2018 Grenoble Optimization Days is ``optimization methods and applications in statistical learning''. The workshop will gather researchers, PhD students, and master students on mathematical optimization and statistical learning from Grenoble and russian partners from MIPT and HSE in Moscow.
