## Initialization of a uniform signal

### Description

The function `uinit`

initializes a uniform signal given its amplitudes, sampling time and initial time.

### Usage

u = uinit(ampl,ts)
u = uinit(ampl,ts,t0)

### Arguments

`ampl` |
Amplitudes. Row or column vector. |

`ts` |
Sampling time. Scalar. |

`t0` |
Time of the first sample. Scalar. *Optional*. |
